Legaris Law Firm

Peter Løvgren graduated in law from Aarhus University in 1998. He was trained as a lawyer at Bech-Brun & Trolle Law Firm (now Bech-Bruun) in Copenhagen where he worked in the law firm’s IP Department and the Corporate/M&A Department. In 2000/2001 he was seconded from the law firm to the corporate legal department of the industrial conglomerate FLS Industries A/S.

From 2004 to 2011 Peter worked as Head of Legal Department in the pharmaceutical company Actavis Group responsible for corporate legal affairs in Western Europe, Middle East and Africa.

 

In November 2011 Peter founded Legaris Law Firm and since then he has been working together with a number of mostly pharmaceutical companies across Europe.
